Seventh Heaven currently delivers within South Africa.
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received. Our products are made to order, and delivery timeframes may vary depending on product type and location.
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout and are calculated per order. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including manufacturing lead times, courier delays, or external events.
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to the courier, Seventh Heaven is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier. Risk and ownership of the products pass to the customer upon dispatch.

Every Seventh Heaven mattress comes with a comprehensive 3-year guarantee. If any manufacturing defect arises within this period, we will replace or repair your mattress at no additional cost.
20-Year Warranty
Beyond the initial guarantee, your mattress is protected by a 20-year warranty. This covers structural integrity and ensures your investment continues to deliver the comfort and support you expect.

Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds Policy
All Seventh Heaven products are made to order and manufactured specifically for each customer.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, firmness preference, or aesthetic preference once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced.
Damages, Defects & Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at [email protected], including clear photos and a description of the issue.
If the claim is approved, we will arrange:
- Repair, replacement, or
- A refund where applicable
at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
Exchanges are only considered where a manufacturing defect or error has been confirmed.
We do not offer exchanges for comfort preference, size selection errors, or design changes.
Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection and confirmation.
